  • Team Training- Our team training at SORTS focus on Metabolic Conditioning (High Work Rate), Energy System Development (Training all 3 Energy Systems) and Teamwork (Task Completion). Through the use of live Heart Rate monitoring and performance tracking, all sessions are specific to each individual.                                                                            

  • 1:1 Coaching- From beginners to professional athletes, we have you covered. All sessions are 100% personalised, appropriate to your goals and ambitions

  • Spartan Kids Class (8-14 Years)- Loads of FUN!!!. Our Spartan Kids class at SORTS teaches the younger generation to move more efficient whilst in a safe manner. From climbing ropes, rock climbing, swinging on monkey bars to carrying loads we do it all. 

  • OCR Classes- Similar to our team training with the only difference its all about the obstacles!! Learning new techniques, efficiency through obstacles all the way to race simulation sessions, you will be well prepared come race day. We also use the live Heart Rate monitoring and performance tracking within these sessions.

  • Virtual Training- Train 1:1 or in a small group with our Virtual training via Zoom. We also have our own Virtual Classes. Our  "Pins + Pots" class is a 30minute workout which is everything Legs and Core. Our Tabata class is a 30minute workout consisting of interval style conditioning. Our Smashing Saturday's class is 45minutes of  High Intensity Interval Training with no equipment needed.                          

  • Online OCR Programs- Weekly programming (2, 3 or 4 sessions per week) and Race Preparation programs (4, 8 and 12 Week) covering all distances from 5km to 50km. No matter if you're a first time racer or a Pro Team athlete, you will see improvement and results through our programming.

  • Online Personalised Strength Programs- Our own designed Strength programs are tested and proven. From general hypertrophy programs, progressive Strength programs all the way to Tri-Phasic (Eccentric/Isometric/Concentric) strength programs. All programs are customized and tailored to suit your needs.
