Service Description

Our Teens Strength + Conditioning Program, is tailored around each individual. Whether it be first time in a gym, learning how to lift safely and effectively or training for a specific sport/event. Our Periodised program is run over a 16 Week block in adjacent to the main Strength + Conditioning Program. Our program is broken up over 2 days, with both sessions consisting of Upper and Lower Body focus with a Metabolic Finisher. Classes are 45minutes.
