Service Description
Our Strength + Conditioning training offers a Periodised program over a 16 Week block. Our program is broken up into a 4-day split. With our core lifts being; Deadlift (Monday's), Bench Press (Tuesday's), Squat (Thursday's) and Pull-Up (Friday's) across the week, combined with Accessory lifts. Classes are 1 Hour consisting of a 5-10min Mobility Sequence, 30min Strength Block (main lift and accessory work), 5min Core Block and a 15-20min Metabolic Finisher. All Strength + Conditioning Classes are 100% tailored to your own lifting experience, injuries and to your testing numbers. Each individual has their own targets and is just like Personal Training but within the group format. We also use Firstbeat Sports Monitors within all classes. Real-time monitoring including Heart Rate, Training Zones, Calories, Training Effect and Recovery. All members have their own personalised profile.
