Our Metcon class is a combination of resistance training and conditioning. Get the heart pumping, sweat dripping and calories burning. Ergs, Dumbbells, Slam Balls, Kettlebells, Sleds you name it, we do it in this class. Our sessions offer a variety of styled workouts, working as an individual, pairs or in a team format. We also use Firstbeat Sports Monitors within all classes. Real-time monitoring including Heart Rate, Training Zones, Calories, Training Effect and Recovery. All members have their own personalised profile.
